Senior Consultants. 10 years experience in insurance operations with solid leadership and team-building skills, and proven abilities in process improvement/redesign, and strong analytical abilities. Experience leveraging strategic technologies including business process management system (BPMS), contact centers, CRM, ebusiness, data warehouse, document management, and workflow systems.

All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel.
